- Make a Packing List: Before you start packing, create a detailed list of everything you need. This will help you stay organized and ensure you don't forget any essentials.

Its good to keep in mind that many smaller airlines in Europe charge an extra fee for a carry on, if you are strongly budgeting it may be a good idea to pack everything in a small backpack that can fit underneath your seat.
- Don't Bring Your Favorite Clothes: Avoid packing your most valuable or sentimental clothing items. Traveling can be unpredictable and you may end up in a situation where you need to ditch a couple articles of clothing, they get damaged or stolen. Best to leave for most prized dresses at home.

- If you are a student:Bring your student ID!! Many places offer student dicsounts on ticket, passes and admission and all you need to do is show proof of enrollment. This is something many people don't bring cause they wont think they need to but it is so helpful and will save you lots of money!
- Don't Forget Chargers and Adapters: Make sure to pack all necessary chargers and adapters for your electronic devices. Best to find a universial charger block on Amazon.
- Locks:Bring small TSA approved padlocks for backpacks and luggage especially if you plan on staying in hostels or using public trains and busses!
- Check the Weather: Research the weather at your destination to pack appropriate clothing and gear.
- Leave Some Space: Leave some room in your luggage for souvenirs or items you may acquire during your trip.
